We are seeking a Director of Inside Sales to inspire, lead, coach and manage an Inside Sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, individuals in this role should possess depth of knowledge in Enterprise Software, demonstrated experience, and a passion for developing scalable strategies for growth and the people on their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Have fun while being super passionate about your work
  • Attract, recruit, and hire to build an operationally sound and highly motivated inside sales team
  • Set the vision and strategy for the Inside Sales Team
  • Inspire, develop, coach and mentor your team
  • Own, drive and accurately forecast opportunity progression and new license bookings
  • Continually re-assess conversion rates, qualification process, and marketing messaging/programs to generate highly qualified opportunities
  • Exceed assigned bookings targets by acquiring new customers and cross-selling to our installed base
  • Keep track of the teams sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Partner internally with Field Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing to continuously improve our approach and win rate
  • Collaborate with the extended Rigor team to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
  • Operate with a growth mindset, seeking new and innovative ways to improve your own skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
  • 6+ years of B2B software technology sales experience and 4+ years in sales leadership
  • Track record of successful achievement in an inside sales environment
  • Building/nurturing processes to drive results
  • Experience scaling ARR for early stage companies
  • Experience with a consultative value-based selling approach
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and employee development skills
  • Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Continuous and demonstrable track record of success exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers.
  • Skilled in driving teams on proactive outbound calling to prospects.
