Sales Development Representative

Do you have sales experience or a strong interest in a career in sales?

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to play a key role in helping us continue our rapid pace of growth.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate who has a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or information technology.

This individual would be responsible for generating a high volume of quality leads for the sales team in an effort to drive revenue for the company.

The Sales Development position provides a base salary plus commission compensation package. High performing Rigor employees who demonstrate consistent success will have the opportunity for career development and advancement within the Sales organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct a large volume of cold outbound lead generation (email, LinkedIn, 50+ calls daily)
  • Create qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Schedule web-based and in-person meetings for the sales representatives
  • Work closely and collaboratively with account executives to achieve revenue goals
  • Track all activity in Salesforce
  • Opportunity for travel (onsite client meetings, tradeshows, conferences)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Passion for sales and developing new business
  • Interested in emerging technologies

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly Sales Development quotas
  • Generate high quality leads that convert into sales opportunities
  • Develop an understanding of the Rigor product
